Last 2015, we explored Japan’s “West of the Border” for ten days. We witnessed Japan’s ancient capital, dined in the nation’s kitchen, entered a forever enduring castle, saw the largest bronze Buddha in the world, sampled a meat that melts in the mouth, experienced our first snow fall, and visited exemplary architectural pieces of Japan.

I have wanted to visit Japan since I was a little girl and have been wondering where to spent my 30th birthday in 2019.
